Job summary

Altru Health System is seeking a Hematologist/Oncologist at the Altru Cancer Center in Grand Forks, ND. The physician will evaluate, diagnose and treat patients, and provide comprehensive oncologic care within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with board eligibility or certification in hematology/oncology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in ND/MN.
• Experience with coordinating care and patient education in oncology/hematology.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, diagnoses and treats patients at Altru Health System. Counsels patients on preventive healthcare measures.
• Exercises professional judgment in diagnosis and treatment in line with Altru policies and standards.
• Achieves department goals including patient engagement and quality & safety initiatives and maintains accurate documentation.
