Job summary

Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center in Jacksonville, Florida seeks a Hematologist-Oncologist to join the Cancer Medicine Division. This physician will expand the delivery of cutting-edge therapies for hematologic malignancies and support our Cellular Therapy Program.

The physician will join a team of four hematologists, and 2 inpatient based onco-hospitalists at our state-of-the-art center. Academic affiliation with MD Anderson and leadership opportunities within the malignant hematology program

Qualifications

• Board-certified or Board Eligible in Hematology or Medical Oncology.
• Experience in cellular therapy / CAR-T or Stem Cell Transplant preferred.
• Clinical research experience preferred.
• Commitment to multidisciplinary cancer care.
• Aligned with the clinical, research and scholarly mission of our program.

Responsibilities

• Provide hematology/oncology care for patients with malignant hematology.
• Collaborate with the Cellular Therapy Program and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support clinical research and academic initiatives within the Cancer Medicine Division.
