Southern California Permanente Medical Group is seeking Board Eligible/Board Certified Hematology/Oncology physicians to join our integrated, physician-led practice.

Salary Range: $610,375.00 to $632,367.00. Up to $25,000 in premium earnings, $10K relocation, Lifetime Pension + 401(k) and Keogh, PSLF-eligible employer, 100% employer-paid medical insurance, and partnership eligibility after 3 years. 4.5-day work week with back-office support and AI-assisted EMR; no billing or office management.

Salary Range: $610,375.00 to $632,367.00

*Salary range includes incentives that are contingent upon skills, competencies, and geographic location. The earnings included in the salary range are contingent upon requisite Board Certification. Annual Salary is determined by longevity with the Group and full time equivalent (FTE) work schedule/effort.
