Medical Professionals of Miami is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Hematologist/Medical Oncologist to join our community-based oncology practice in Miami, Florida. The incoming physician will collaborate with a team of oncologists, APPs, nurses, and support staff to deliver comprehensive cancer care.

The role offers opportunities in chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormonal therapy, with access to clinical research and coordinated patient navigation.

Competenze

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Completed an accredited Hematology/Oncology fellowship
• Board-Certified (or eligible) in Medical Oncology/Hematology
• Unrestricted Florida Medical license & DEA license
• Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Work effectively within a multidisciplinary, team-oriented environment

Hematologist/Medical Oncologist – Miami, Florida

Medical Professionals of Miami (MPOM) is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Hematologist/Medical Oncologist to join our established and growing community-based oncology practice in Miami, Florida.

Serving the South Florida community since 2007, our oncology practice provides comprehensive, individualized cancer care to a diverse patient population, supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team and comprehensive oncology services.

The Opportunity

The incoming physician will join an established team of medical oncologists and advanced practice providers in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Our practice provides a broad range of cancer and hematologic services, including:

• Medical oncology and hematology consultations and ongoing management
• Chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormonal therapy
• Oncology supportive therapies and on-site infusion services
• Bone marrow biopsies and therapeutic phlebotomy
• Patient navigation and coordinated support services
• Access to clinical research opportunities

Physicians are supported by experienced oncology nurses, advanced practice providers, medical assistants, pharmacy and authorization resources, patient navigation, and an established administrative and operational team.

Candidate Qualifications

Candidates should:

• Hold an MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Have completed an accredited Hematology/Oncology fellowship
• Be Board-Certified (or eligible if appropriate) in Medical Oncology / Hematology
• Hold unrestricted Florida Medical license & Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) license
• Possess excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Work effectively within a multidisciplinary, team-oriented environment

Bilingual English/Spanish skills are valued given the diverse South Florida community we serve.
