Job summary

Medical Professionals of Miami is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Hematologist/Medical Oncologist to join our community-based oncology practice in Miami, Florida. The incoming physician will collaborate with a team of oncologists, APPs, nurses, and support staff to deliver comprehensive cancer care.

The role offers opportunities in chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormonal therapy, with access to clinical research and coordinated patient navigation.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Completed an accredited Hematology/Oncology fellowship
• Board-Certified (or eligible) in Medical Oncology/Hematology
• Unrestricted Florida Medical license & DEA license
• Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Work effectively within a multidisciplinary, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Provide hematology and medical oncology consultations and ongoing management
• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormonal therapy
• Provide on-site infusion services and supportive therapies
• Perform bone marrow biopsies and therapeutic phlebotomy
• Offer patient navigation and coordinated support services
• Access to clinical research opportunities
