The role focuses on auditing diagnostic and treatment logic, validating complex hematology cases, and advising on AI-driven decision support for hematology care. Board-certified/eligible hematology and 2+ years of training are preferred.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology (ABIM) or a current senior resident or fellow (PGY-2 or above) training in hematology.
• 2+ years of postgraduate clinical training in hematology.
• United States citizenship; based in the U.S.
• Ability to provide concise, technical feedback on complex clinical cases.

• Clinical Logic Auditing: Review and refine AI-generated diagnostic and treatment strategies to ensure alignment with ASH standards.
• High-Complexity Validation: Provide expert-level ground truth for intricate hematological case presentations, peripheral smear review, and coagulation studies.

Position Details

• Environment: 100% Remote
• Commitment: Flexible, project-based hours designed to fit around a clinical or training schedule. This engagement runs July 30 to August 31, 2026.
