H2ajobs on a Nebraska farm is seeking laborers to assist team leads with maintaining livestock buildings, repairing curtains, feed tanks, feeders, gates, and tin walls. You will help install doors and caulk structures, keep sites clean, and use common hand power tools on the job.

Employer provides housing and meals; transportation to groceries may be provided or reimbursed. You must be able to lift and carry 75 lbs for 75 yards and work outdoors as needed. Experience required: 0 months.

Description du poste

On farms, assisting team leads in maintaining and repairing livestock buildings. Workers will assist team leads with repairing and installing curtains, feed tanks, feeders, feed lines, and gates. Will also assist with tin sheeting walls, installing doors, and caulking structures. Clean sites. Common hand power tools will be used.

Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)

Meals: The employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so workers may prepare their own meals. Employer will provide (on a voluntary basis) transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries.

Transport: The employer will provide advance transportation for a reasonable (most economical) common carrier or other transportation which conforms to the Interstate Commerce Commission (ICC) for inbound and outbound transportation (if it is the prevailing practice). If not the prevailing practice, the employer will reimburse the worker for the transportation costs and subsistence to the employer's worksite when the worker completes 50% of the work period.
