Equiliem seeks a dependable Helper / Material Handler to support production and shop operations. You will locate, organize, stage, and deliver materials to production personnel, reading tape measures and verifying part numbers.

This role requires detail-orientation and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will read measurements, maintain accuracy, and help with inventory control while following safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to identify material numbers and match materials to work orders.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Locate and pull materials, parts, and supplies for production personnel.
• Organize and stage materials for fabrication teams.
• Deliver materials from inventory and storage areas to designated workstations.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and material specifications.
• Assist with inventory control and material tracking.

• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the facility.

Position Summary
