Helper Responsibilities:

• Assist the Assistant Operator with tasks such as cutting straps, removing dunnage, washing print plates, and feeding material.
• Perform activities related to stacking materials, following instructions on factory cards.
• Follow all safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures.
• Monitor and report quality issues with boxes.
• Assist the Bander Operator by placing load tags and bands properly.
• Safely operate the baler.
• Stack parts weighing up to 50 lbs for up to 12 hours, as required.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Ability to sit, stoop, and bend.
• Availability to work overtime, weekends, and all shifts.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
