Job summary

Bilfinger Inc. is seeking an entry-level worker to support industrial services in the United States. This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork across platforms including on-site locations and diverse projects.

The position requires willingness to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC) and completion of on-site safety training. No prior experience is required, and candidates must be able to perform physical tasks and lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the job posted Country.
• Willing and able to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC) in the future if required for unit assignment.
• No previous experience is required.
• Knowledge of all components of a standard equipment package and the ability to describe its function is preferred.
• Proficiency in rigging up each component and understanding of their purpose is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates reliability and reports for scheduled on-duty period of time.
• Shows initiative, demonstrates awareness and follows instructions.
• Understands and has practiced personnel transfer to/from platform (swing ropes and personnel basket) and emergency evacuation drills.
• Able to identify, without notes, the major components of a standard equipment package, well head components and describe its function/s.
• Keeps the location clean and performs normal housekeeping duties.
• Participates in JSEA and Toolbox Talks/Safety Meetings.
• Other related duties may be assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking throughout the shift.
• Climbing, stooping, bending, balancing,reaching, pushing, pulling, and twisting.
• Must be able to wear a full-face respirator or blast hood for extended periods.
• May be required to work in extremely tight spaces or on elevated/suspendedplatforms.
• Must be willing to work in remote locations for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds often and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
