Jolly Roofing & Contracting Co., LLC in Brentwood, TN is seeking a motivated Service Technician Helper to support our Commercial Roofing Service Technicians on job sites. This entry-level role offers hands-on training and a clear path to advancement in commercial roofing.

You will assist with repairs on systems such as TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR, and metal, and help with setup, safety, and site cleanup. A strong work ethic and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Technicians with repairs on commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR, and metal)
• Load, unload, and transport tools, materials and equipment
• Remove debris and prepare job sites for repair work
• Help set up ladders, safety equipment, and work areas
• Operate basic hand and power tools as needed
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Follow instructions from Service Technicians and supervisors
• Comply with all company and OSHA safety guidelines
