Jolly Roofing & Contracting Co., Inc. is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems while delivering outstanding customer service. The role requires safety awareness, strong technical skills, and a willingness to travel to client sites.

Experience is preferred, but training is provided for motivated candidates. A valid driver’s license and reliability are essential for success in this hands-on field position.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair roof leaks on commercial roofing systems.
• Perform service repairs on EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR and metal roofing.
• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, and team members.
• Document work performed using company-provided mobile devices.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good condition.
• Travel to customer job sites as required.
• Provide high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
