Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, Public Health, Human Services, Child Development, or related field required.
• Experience with child development and developmental screening preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process referrals from families, healthcare providers, schools, childcare providers, and community agencies.
• Conduct intake and follow-up activities with families participating in Help Me Grow services.
• Administer developmental and behavioral screenings using approved screening tools.
• Review screening results and provide families with developmental information and guidance.
• Connect children and families to community resources, healthcare providers, early intervention services, and educational supports.
• Maintain ongoing communication with families to monitor progress and service access.
