Friends University in Wichita, Kansas is seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide first contact for Information Technology and Educational Technology questions on-site at 2100 W University Ave. This role uses incident management software to track, resolve, and monitor issues to ensure timely responses, with escalation as needed.

Job Details: Job Location: 2100 W University Ave - WICHITA, KS, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Category: Admin - Clerical, Friends University is seeking to fill the Help Desk Technician position in Wichita Kansas. This is an on-site position that provides first point of contact for Information Technology and Educational Technology customer questions, problems, and requests. The technician will use incident management software to track, correct, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution. The technician will resolve customer issues or elevate more complex issues to the appropriate area.
