Job summary

Gainwell Technologies seeks a Provider Services/Customer Service Representative to support healthcare and Medicaid providers through phone, email, and system-based channels. You will resolve inquiries, update records, and deliver outstanding service while meeting performance standards.

In this role you will handle inbound and outbound calls, verify updates for audits, and collaborate with teammates to resolve issues, all within a supportive, growth-focused environment that emphasizes flexibility

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer software.
• Ability to work independently, follow written and verbal instructions, and manage multiple priorities.
• Healthcare, Medicaid, call center, customer service, provider services, or member services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Summary

The Provider Services/Customer Service Representative supports healthcare and Medicaid providers through telephone, written, and system-based communications. This role is responsible for resolving provider inquiries, processing updates, maintaining accurate records, and delivering excellent customer service while meeting established performance standards.

Your role in our mission

What we're looking for

What you should expect in this role

• Hours of operation: 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Employees participate in a rotating schedule and work the late shift until 5:30 PM approximately once per month.

• This position may require some on-site in PA/Camp Hill for training purposes.
• Ability to multitask, following assignments worked and completed simultaneously as directed by leadership

The pay range for this position is$38,400.00-$54,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
