The Help Desk Analyst will provide Tier 2 support for internal employees across multiple locations. This individual will troubleshoot hardware, software, device management, and user access issues while delivering a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, communicate effectively with end users, and resolve issues with limited supervision.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
