Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking an on-site IT Help Desk professional to support 5000+ employees across the corporate campus and multiple remote locations. You will handle 30-50 calls daily, tickets, and provide timely resolutions while maintaining detailed ticket notes.

Ideal candidates have an Associate degree or 1–3 years in IT support, familiarity with HP printers, Microsoft Windows, and Office, and strong communication skills to assist staff and travelers effectively.

Qualifications

• AA degree or up to two years related IT/help desk experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with HP printers and related peripherals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer/handle up to 30-50 support calls per day.
• Manage tickets and queues, ensuring accurate notes.
• Respond to tickets within SLA and escalate when needed.
• Provide initial PC workstation support and administration.
• Support staff across multiple locations and remote users.
