Job summary

Yoh Services LLC in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Help Desk Analyst for a 4+ month contract. Provide frontline IT support for end-user incidents (in-person, phone, email, Teams); perform device setup, imaging and deployment for laptops and peripherals; manage equipment packaging, shipping and asset tracking.

Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding provisioning, inventory management and troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, VPN and printers.

Qualifications

• Previous Help Desk, IT Support or Desktop Support experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience supporting Windows devices and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT asset management processes.
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Comfortable performing physical tasks such as equipment setup, packaging and shipping.
• Self‑starter who can work independently with limited supervision.

Estimated Min Rate: $17.50

Estimated Max Rate: $25.00
