Job summary

REACH Medical Holdings is seeking a HAA Pilot for full-time work in the Sacramento area. You will transport patients with a medical team, ensure aircraft readiness under FAR/REACH rules, and maintain regulatory records for compliant operations.

Ideal candidates hold FAA rotorcraft commercial certificates, rotorcraft instrument rating, and an FAA Class II Medical Certificate, with extensive helicopter hours and night flight experience.

Qualifications

• Requires FAA rotorcraft commercial certificate and helicopter instrument rating.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate required.
• Minimum 2,000 total flight hours and 2,000 helicopter hours.
• 1,000 helicopter PIC hours and 1,000 turbine helicopter hours.
• Minimum 200 helicopter night flight hours.
• Minimum 100 cumulative instrument flight hours.
• Weight limit of 230 pounds with flight gear.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from locations with a medical team.
• Maintain aircraft readiness and comply with FAR and REACH requirements.
• Keep REACH and regulatory documentation up to date.
• Communicate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift-change information and update records.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

• Salary Range: $124,263-$136,689 including 40% Geographic Modifier
• 15K Sign-On Bonus, subject to eligibility
• Retention Bonus plans ($40,000 after 3 years plus additional retention bonuses once completed)

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness as described in the appropriate manuals, including all FAR and REACH requirements, and aircraft cleanliness duties
• Maintain accurate REACH and regulatory documentation and record keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaboratewith dispatch, flight crews,facilities,and partners
• Provide shift change info to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording REACH change board details
• Accountable tomaintainrequiredcertifications and ongoing training

Minimum Requirements

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
• Helicopter instrument rating
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
