REACH Medical Holdings in San Francisco is seeking a HAA Pilot for a full-time opportunity to support air‑medical transport. The role focuses on safe customer transport, aircraft readiness, and regulatory compliance, working with a team of medical experts.

The position requires extensive rotorcraft experience and FAA credentials, with a strong compensation package including a $15,000 sign-on, retention bonuses, on‑duty housing, and a 7/7 schedule.

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate and helicopter instrument rating required.
• FAA Class II Medical Certificate and flight-hour requirements must be met.
• Extensive flight hours across total, helicopter, PIC and turbine types required.
• Night flight hours and instrument time essential for operational readiness.
• Weight limit with flight gear must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities.
• Ensure aircraft readiness per manuals, FAR and REACH requirements, and aircraft cleanliness duties.
• Maintain REACH and regulatory documentation and record keeping.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift change info to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording REACH change board details.
• Accountable to maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

• Salary Range: $124,263-$136,689 including 40% Geographic Modifier
• 15K Sign-On Bonus, subject to eligibility
• Retention Bonus plans ($40,000 after 3 years plus additional retention bonuses once completed)
• 5K SPIFR Stipend

• 7/7 Schedule
