Job summary

Global Medical Response is seeking a HAA Pilot for a full-time role with a 7/7 schedule and comprehensive incentives. The position offers a salary range with a geographic modifier, a $15,000 sign-on bonus, and retention bonuses totaling $40,000 after three years, plus additional retention rewards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with medical teams to transport patients, ensuring aircraft readiness per FAR/REACH, and maintaining essential regulatory documentation and certifications.

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate required.
• Helicopter instrument rating required.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate required.
• Total flight hours (2,000) and helicopter hours (2,000) required.
• Night flight hours (200) and instrument time required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers with medical team support.
• Ensure aircraft readiness per manuals and FAR/REACH requirements.
• Maintain REACH and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Communicate shift changes and update REACH change board details.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

• Salary Range: $124,263- $136,689 including a 40% Geographic Modifier
• 15K Sign-On Bonus, subject to eligibility
• Retention Bonus plans ($40,000 after 3 years plus additional retention bonuses once completed)

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness as described in the appropriate manuals, including all FAR and REACH requirements, and aircraft cleanliness duties
• Maintain accurate REACH and regulatory documentation and record keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaboratewith dispatch, flight crews,facilities,and partners
• Provide shift change info to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording REACH change board details
• Accountable tomaintainrequiredcertifications and ongoing training

Minimum Requirements

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
• Helicopter instrument rating
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours
• 2,000 Helicopter Hours
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours
• 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours
• Minimum 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours (Aided or Unaided)
• Minimum 100 cumulative hours of instrument flight time
• 230 pound weight limit with flight gear

Preferred Qualifications

• H145D3 Aircraft Experience
• High School Diploma/Equivalent or Higher
• Upload your Pilot License and FAA Medical Certificate
