Job summary

Global Medical Response (REACH) is hiring a Helicopter Pilot for full-time medical air transportation services. The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and teamwork across dispatch, crews, and facilities to ensure patients are moved efficiently and securely.

Excellent flight experience with rotorcraft certificates is required, along with instrument ratings and medical certification. Competitive incentives include sign-on, retention bonuses, and IFR stipends for eligible locations.

Qualifications

• Current rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate required.
• Helicopter instrument rating required.
• FAA Class I or II Medical Certificate in effect.
• 2,000 total flight hours required.
• 2,000 helicopter hours required.
• 1,000 helicopter PIC hours required.
• 1,000 turbine helicopter hours required.
• 1,000 instrument flight hours cumulative required.
• 200 helicopter night hours required.
• 230 lb weight limit with flight gear.
• Experience with EC135/H135 aircraft preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate with a team of medical experts to transport customers safely.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatch per manuals and FAR/REACH rules.
• Maintain REACH and regulatory documentation and record-keeping.
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift-change info to successor pilots and teams per board procedures.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

• 15K Sign on Bonus, subject to eligibility
• Retention Bonus Plans ($40,000 after 3 years, plus additional retention bonuses once completed)
• $5K Single Pilot IFR (SPIFR) Stipend
• On Duty Housing (for select locations)

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities
