Job summary

Air Evac Lifeteam, part of Global Medical Response, is seeking a Helicopter Pilot for full-time HAA/HEMS transport. You’ll join a mission-driven team delivering critical care, coordinating with flight crews and medical staff to ensure safe patient transport and aircraft readiness.

Required: FAA rotorcraft commercial certificate, helicopter instrument rating, Class II medical, and extensive helicopter hours.

Qualifications

• Current rotorcraft FAA commercial certificate required.
• Helicopter instrument rating required.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate required.
• 2,000 total flight hours and 1,500 helicopter hours required.
• 1,000 helicopter PIC hours and 1,000 turbine hours required.
• 200 helicopter night flight hours required (aided or unaided).
• Weight limit 230 lb including flight gear.

Responsibilities

• Transport customers safely with medical teams to and from locations.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatch per manuals and FARs.
• Maintain accurate regulatory documentation and records.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift change info and maintain required certifications and training.

We’re hiring aHelicopter Pilotto provide medical air transportation services to Air Evac Lifeteam’s customers. Safety is a key pillar of our services.

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatchesas described in the appropriate manuals,includingallFARand Air Evac Lifeteam requirements, andaircraft cleanlinessduties
• MaintainaccurateAir Evac Lifeteam and regulatorydocumentation andrecord keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaboratewith dispatch, flight crews,facilities,and partners
• Provide shift change infoto successive pilotandteam followingprotocol forrecordingAir Evac Lifeteam change boarddetailsAccountable tomaintainrequiredcertifications and ongoing training

Minimum Requirements
