Job summary

Air Evac Lifeteam is hiring a Helicopter Pilot to provide medical air transportation services across the United States. Safety and teamwork are core to our mission within the Global Medical Response family.

This full-time opportunity requires a rotorcraft FAA commercial certificate, instrument rating, and substantial flight hours; on‑duty housing and a strong pay package support a rewarding career in HEMS.

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate required.
• Helicopter instrument rating must be current.
• FAA Class II Medical Certificate required.
• Thousands of flight hours across rotorcraft and turbine helicopters.
• Night flight hours are valued for operations.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients safely with medical teams.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatch per manuals and FARs.
• Maintain regulatory and company documentation.
• Communicate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift-change information following protocol.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.
