Job summary

Global Medical Response seeks a Helicopter Pilot to join its Med-Trans medical air transport team. The role requires a current rotorcraft FAA commercial certificate, instrument rating, and FAA Class II medical, with thousands of flight hours and PIC experience to ensure safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours.
• 1,500 Helicopter Hours.
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours.
• 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours.
• 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers with a medical team to and from locations and facilities.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches per manuals and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain Med-Trans and regulatory documentation and records.
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift change information following protocol for Med-Trans changes.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.
