Job summary

Global Medical Response seeks a LAA/HAAR rotorcraft pilot for a full-time position providing medical air transport. You will support Med-Trans operations with a team of medical experts, ensuring aircraft readiness and regulatory compliance.

The role requires FAA rotorcraft commercial certification, instrument rating, medical clearance, and thousands of flight hours, including turbine and night experience. Competitive compensation and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating required.
• FAA Class II Medical Certificate current.
• Total flight hours exceed 2,000.
• 1,500 helicopter hours and 1,000 PIC hours.
• 1,000 turbine helicopter hours and 200 night hours.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients with medical team to destinations and facilities.
• Ensure aircraft readiness and comply with FAR and Med-Trans procedures.
• Maintain Med-Trans regulatory docs and communicate with dispatch and crews.
• Provide shift-change information following recording protocols.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

We’re hiring a Helicopter Pilot t to provide medical air transportation services to Med-Trans customers. Safety is a key pillar of our services.

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches as described in the appropriate manuals, including all FAR and Med-Trans requirements, and aircraft cleanliness duties
• Maintain accurate Med-Trans and regulatory documentation and record keepingEffectively communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners
• Provide shift change info to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording Med-Trans change board details
• Accountable to maintain required certifications and ongoing training

MinimumRequirements

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
• Helicopter instrument rating
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours
• 1,500 Helicopter Hours
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours
• 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours
