REACH Air Medical Services is hiring a Helicopter Pilot (HAA) for a full-time role in the California area. The position requires current rotorcraft FAA commercial certificate, helicopter instrument rating, and substantial flight hours including PIC and turbine time.

Responsibilities include safe patient transport, aircraft readiness, documentation, and coordination with dispatch and crews. Safety and regulatory compliance are emphasized, with a path toward ongoing training and certification

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours.
• 1,500 Helicopter Hours.
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours.
• 500 Turbine Helicopter Hours.
• 100 Hours Night Unaided, or 50 Hours Unaided with 100 Hours Aided.
• 75 Helicopter Instrument Hours with 50 in aircraft.
• 230 pound weight limit with flight gear.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers with a team of medical experts.
• Ensure aircraft readiness per manuals, FAR and REACH requirements, and cleanliness.
• Maintain REACH and regulatory documentation and records.
• Communicate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift-change info to follow REACH change board protocol.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

We're hiring a Helicopter Pilotto provide medical air transportation services to REACH Air Medical Services' customers. Safety is a key pillar of our services.

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness as described in the appropriate manuals, including all FAR and REACH requirements, and aircraft cleanliness duties
• Maintain accurate REACH and regulatory documentation and record keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaboratewith dispatch, flight crews,facilities,and partners
• Provide shift change info to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording REACH change board details
• Accountable tomaintainrequiredcertifications and ongoing training
