REACH Medical Holdings in San Diego seeks a HAA Pilot for a full-time role focused on safe patient transport and aircraft readiness according to FAR and REACH guidelines. The position offers a strong salary with a geographic modifier and robust incentives.

Ideal candidates hold a Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate, helicopter instrument rating, and a Class II medical, with 2,000 helicopter hours (including 1,000 PIC and turbine hours). On-site housing and a 7/7 schedule are available.

Responsabilidades

• Working with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities.
• Ensure aircraft readiness as described in the applicable manuals, including FAR and REACH requirements.
• Maintain accurate REACH and regulatory documentation and record keeping.
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift change information to the next pilot and team following recording protocols.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

• Salary Range: $124,263-$136,689 including 40% Geographic Modifier
• 15K Sign-On Bonus, subject to eligibility
• Retention Bonus plans ($40,000 after 3 years plus additional retention bonuses once completed)

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness as described in the appropriate manuals, including all FAR and REACH requirements, and aircraft cleanliness duties
• Maintain accurate REACH and regulatory documentation and record keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaboratewith dispatch, flight crews,facilities,and partners
• Provide shift change info to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording REACH change board details
• Accountable tomaintainrequiredcertifications and ongoing training

Minimum Requirements
