Job summary

Grace at Home in Washington, DC is seeking a Manager of HEDIS, Stars & ACO Data Analytics to lead measurement and reporting across product lines, ensuring regulatory compliance and audit readiness. You will drive quality performance improvement, data integration, and vendor management in a matrix analytics environment.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare analytics with HEDIS leadership, strong data skills (PowerBI/Tableau/SAS/SQL), and proven leadership and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, informatics, data science, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Access), PowerBI, and Tableau required; SAS, SQL, and other statistical tools preferred.
• 5+ years in healthcare analytics; 5–10 years of HEDIS leadership experience.
• Experience leading HEDIS audits.
• Strong knowledge of HEDIS/QRS specifications, Medicare Stars measures, and healthcare data systems.
• Proven team leadership and project management experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Vendor management and process implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead HEDIS, Stars & ACO quality performance programs across product lines.
• Oversee full HEDIS lifecycle from planning to audit and submission.
• Ensure NCQA, CMS, Medicaid, MMP (DSNP), and ACO compliance.
• Drive data strategy and integration with provider EHRs and labs.
• Manage vendors, audits, and contract oversight.
• Lead and develop cross-functional analytics and clinical staff.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Analytics and Care Management teams.
