Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Employment Type: Contract to hire
Anticipated Start Date: November 9, 2026
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: $55.00-$62.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

• Required onsite days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week.
• Candidates must be comfortable working onsite three days per week and managing their workload in a structured, deadline-driven environment.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HEDIS Registered Nurse (RN) to support medical record reviews, clinical data abstraction, supplemental data validation, and healthcare quality reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate has at least one year of hands‑on HEDIS review experience, strong clinical knowledge, and the ability to navigate multiple electronic medical record (EMR) systems efficiently. This role is well suited for a detail‑oriented RN who can work independently, manage high volumes of records, and maintain accuracy while meeting strict deadlines.

Please note: This position requires prior HEDIS review experience beyond a single HEDIS season.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) qualification; ASN or BSN accepted.
• At least one year of HEDIS medical record review experience, beyond experience limited to one HEDIS season.
• Direct experience reviewing and abstracting clinical data from medical records.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple EMR systems efficiently.
• Experience with E Clinical Works (ECW) or similar electronic health record platforms.
• Ability to work independently and contribute productively with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to clinical data accuracy.
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads while meeting deadlines.
• Professional discretion when handling confidential patient information.

Preferred HEDIS Measure Experience

Candidates should have experience reviewing records for the following HEDIS measures:

• BCS-E: Breast Cancer Screening.
• EED: Eye Exam for Patients With Diabetes.
