Job summary

4 Corner Resources is seeking an experienced HEDIS Nurse (RN) for a hybrid role in Lower Manhattan, NY. The successful candidate will review medical records for HEDIS measures, abstract data, and maintain accurate records across EMR systems, including eClinicalWorks, while meeting productivity targets.

This contract position lasts 3-6 months, with the possibility of permanent hire after project completion, and requires an active RN license with HEDIS experience.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted RN license; ASN or BSN accepted.
• At least 1 year of HEDIS medical record review experience.
• Experience with HEDIS measures: BCS-E, COL-E, EED.
• Experience across multiple EMR systems; ECW preferred.
• Proficient with Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records for HEDIS measures and abstract clinical data.
• Pull and review data from internal and external sources for reporting and quality work.
• Identify required clinical information for each HEDIS measure.
• Enter and maintain data across EMR systems, including ECW.
• Meet productivity targets and deadlines while ensuring compliance.
• Document findings using Word and Excel.
• Handle confidential patient information per procedures.
