Qualifications

• 2+ years healthcare/primary care experience; familiarity with Medicare Advantage plans preferred.
• Proficient with electronic medical record programs (ECW/Medisoft) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze patient charts to confirm HEDIS measures are met and addressed.
• Coordinate with Insurance groups, Physicians, Medical Staff and Billing staff via multiple channels.
• Create or modify HEDIS ENCOUNTERS in patients' charts and communicate with clinicians.
