Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey is seeking a technical lead for quality analytics. You will design and implement data quality and analytics to reflect member health status, collaborating across the enterprise to deliver actionable insights that improve clinical quality and cost efficiency.

The role requires advanced data analytic programming with SAS/SQL/Python, plus experience in healthcare data, reporting, and visualization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, or Public Health.
• Minimum 5 years of data analytics experience.
• Experience with HEDIS, SAS or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead quality analytics projects for HEDIS, Stars, accreditation and state performance.
• Collaborate as analytic liaison across clinical, network, and value-based teams.
• Translate business questions into analytics requirements and design data solutions.
• Present analytics findings to leadership with clear recommendations.
