Job summary

Huron Consulting Group is seeking a HEDIS Data Analyst | Architect to join our Healthcare Payer team. The role combines data analysis, architecture and reporting to support HEDIS and CMS STAR initiatives for health plans.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6+ years in healthcare payer analytics, strong SQL skills, and experience translating business requirements into scalable data solutions within a payer environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 4–6+ years of healthcare payer, health plan, or managed care experience.
• Hands-on HEDIS knowledge and payer analytics experience.
• Experience supporting HEDIS, CMS STARs and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support HEDIS measurement, reporting, validation and annual submission activities.
• Interpret HEDIS specifications and translate requirements into data solutions.
• Analyze HEDIS performance to identify opportunities to improve quality scores.
• Contribute to HEDIS solution architecture, data flow design and reporting models.
• Collaborate with architects, engineering, and business teams to align requirements.
