Responsibilities

• Support daily trade capture and coordinate with prime brokers, custodians, and fund administrators.
• Monitor trade settlements, research discrepancies, and resolve breaks.
• Prepare responses to investor and consultant due diligence requests.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly reconciliations and reporting.
• Process and track wire transfers and manage expense payments.
• Maintain relationships with external service providers.
• Recommend process enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide support for compliance reporting and regulatory filings.
