Riva Recruiting is partnering with a top hedge fund in NYC on a really strong middle office hire tied to OTC derivatives and fixed income.

This is not a seat for someone who just wants to keep process moving and stay in the background. They want somebody with real product expertise and a strong grasp of the full trade lifecycle, but also someone who likes being in a visible role, being close to the business, and helping improve how things are actually being done.
