Qualifications

• 2+ years experience working in a similar hedge fund operations position.
• 2+ years working in fund client services facing directly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for various functions, including hedge fund and private equity operations.
• Overseeing third party middle office and back office servicing teams.
• Responsible for NAVs, reconciliations, and producing investor statements.
• Review and approve capital activity reports.
• Review and approve monthly expenses.
• Assist with onboarding new clients.
• Keep lists of approved funds and participants.
• Responsible for assisting with Reg D filings.
• Supply data for fund related items in Form ADV.
