Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in investment services or sales support.

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for analytics and presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for clients, prospects, and Client Advisors.
• Create and implement a marketing and social media strategy with team leaders.
• Support business development with marketing materials and thought leadership.
• Coordinate across Hedge Fund Solutions Investment Specialist team globally.
• Prepare portfolio reviews and client deliverables with materials.
• Produce reports and commentary on client portfolios.
• Assist in data enrichment and automation for sales processes.
• Support senior team members with ad-hoc tasks.
• Respond to RFPs and client inquiries.
