Job summary

Neuberger Berman Group LLC in Chicago is seeking a Specialist, Derivatives Servicing to support portfolio management and fund administration for hedge funds and alternatives. You will coordinate with Operations, Accounting, Trading, Prime Brokers and internal portfolio managers to maintain accurate NAVs and oversight across bilateral and exchange-traded derivatives.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5 years in hedge fund operations, experience with Aladdin, ISDAs, CSAs, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5 years hedge fund or asset management operations experience.
• Experience in middle office operations at hedge funds, administrators, or prime brokers.
• Knowledge of regulatory environments including Dodd-Frank, EMIR, or MiFID.

Responsibilities

• Support daily portfolio management and fund administration for hedge fund strategies.
• Collaborate with Operations, Accounting, Trading, Prime Brokers and PMs to ensure accurate NAV creation.
• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations: positions, cash, repo, swaps, etc.
