Job summary

Ethos, in partnership with a leading AI lab, seeks hedge fund analysts to help train an advanced language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

The role involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated presentations across investment pitch decks, position reviews, portfolio summaries, thesis memos with exhibits, and quarterly LP materials. This is a flexible, remote engagement at $100/hour, ~5–20 hours weekly, starting ASAP.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a research or investing seat at a hedge fund or asset manager.
• Track record of pitching ideas via written memos and decks to a PM or investment committee.
• Expert‑level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: investment pitch decks, position review one-pagers, portfolio review presentations, thesis memos with exhibits, and quarterly LP letter materials.
