Welocalize in Tel Aviv, Israel seeks a translator/editing professional to manage translation and copy-editing tasks for assigned accounts. You will coordinate with freelancers, maintain glossaries, resolve terminology queries, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to improve workflow efficiency.

The role supports editing, error arbitration, and participation in quality initiatives while aiming for timely, high-quality linguistic deliverables.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Native fluency in Hebrew.
• 0-2 years of translation or easy-to-read text creation experience.
• Understanding of the localization process.
• Knowledge of terminology across topics.

Responsabilités

• Perform copy-edit tasks on assigned projects or accounts.
• Perform on-demand translation tasks.
• Own deliveries translated internally or by partners for one or more accounts.
• Maintain language materials (glossaries, style guides) to quality standards.
• Coordinate with freelancers, agencies and internal linguists on projects.
• Test and qualify new freelancers and vendors as required.
• Train internal linguists and freelancers as needed.
• Interact with clients on linguistic matters as required.
• Contribute to development of new working processes and improvements.
• Meet or exceed KPIs for productivity and on-time delivery.
