Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Heavy Warehouse Material Handler in Dallas, TX to receive, store, pick, pack, and ship inventory. The role uses a Warehouse Management System and requires operating large equipment safely.

Monday–Friday, 10:00am–7:00pm, with pay starting at $19.50 per hour plus a $3.00 per hour department differential, reflecting the employee-owned company culture and growth opportunities. Responsibilities include lifting up to 70 pounds, cycle counts, and ensuring orders are processed

Qualifications

• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 70 lbs.
• Able to operate warehouse equipment safely and follow manufacturers’ instructions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, pack, and ship warehouse inventory.
• Operate and maneuver warehouse equipment and large machinery.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and perform daily safety inspections.
• Cut wires and cables with machines and ensure cut accuracy.
• Fill product orders according to type, length, and size requested by customer.
• Process incoming materials and store according to WMS procedures.
• Pack UPS and non-UPS orders per WMS guidelines and schedule.
