Job summary

Graybar is hiring for a warehouse associate in Dallas. The role involves operating pallet jacks, forklifts, and push carts, receiving and storing materials, and packing shipments.

You will follow warehouse procedures, perform cycle counts, and keep a safe, clean work environment. The position requires physical capability for warehouse tasks, 18+ age, reliable attendance, and 4+ years of warehouse experience; prior WMS usage is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Ability to perform physical work in a warehouse.
• 4+ years experience in warehousing preferred.
• Experience with warehouse management systems preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment physical testing.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts and push carts.
• Receive and store incoming material in accordance with warehouse management system process.
• Select, pack and palletize shipments.
• Sort and pack less-than-truckload shipments, conduct cycle counts.
• Maintain clean warehouse including following all safety procedures and performing daily safety inspections.
