Job summary

Henderson Products, Inc. in Columbia, MO is seeking an Installation Technician for MIG welding, fabrication and assembly in our heavy bay. You will install equipment on heavy‑duty trucks, perform diagnostic and repair work, and read schematics or blueprints to ensure precise fits.

Qualified candidates read diagrams, perform shop math, and work well in a team. Manufacturing experience is preferred; welding or electrical hydraulics knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with MIG welding and fabrication.
• Ability to read schematics, diagrams and blueprints.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Experience in manufacturing settings.
• Familiarity with wiring/electrical systems and hydraulics is a plus.
• Technical degree or welding/electrical certifications are helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding, fabrication and assembly in heavy‑bay installations.
• Assist with installation of equipment on heavy‑duty trucks.
• Conduct diagnostic and repair work and read schematics/diagrams.
• Apply shop math and precise measurements during installations.
• Work safely and collaboratively with teammates.
