Akima Global Logistics (AGL) seeks a Truck Driver - Heavy at Fort Campbell, KY. The role operates heavy vehicles to move Army equipment and supplies, adhering to DOT, Army, and contract safety standards.

The candidate must maintain logs, docs, and comply with required regulatory and company procedures. The ideal applicant has a CDL, HAZMAT as applicable, and familiarity with TC-AIMS II and GCSS-Army systems, with strong attention to detail and safety culture.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid CDL with Class A or B as required.
• HAZMAT endorsement (preferred/required if hauling hazardous materials).

Responsabilidades

• Operate heavy trucks, tractor-trailers, and flatbeds to transport vehicles, equipment, and Class IX materiel.
• Support equipment turn-in operations by hauling assets from Army units to the site or designated locations.
• Assist with loading, securing, and unloading cargo using chains, binders, straps, and blocking/bracing.
• Conduct local and long-haul missions in compliance with Army movement requirements and DTR 4500.9-R.
