Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a skilled autobody/welding technician to repair heavy trucks in the paint department. The role requires welding and body work, including panel replacements, surface prep for paint, masking, sanding, and related duties.

Candidates should have a two-year autobody degree or two years' body shop experience, wear steel-toed shoes and safety glasses, and be able to work Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Must have welding experience.
• 2-year autobody degree or 2 years' body shop experience.
• Steel-toed shoes and safety glasses required.
• Able to work in the paint department on heavy trucks.
• Monday–Friday 7:00 am–3:30 pm; OT available; pay $20–$25 depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and as part of a team in the paint department repairing heavy trucks.
• Perform welding, body work/repair and panel replacements, prepping for paint, masking, sanding.
