Job summary

Aventure Staffing in Fairmont, MN is seeking an Autobody Repair Tech to join a truck equipment and custom solutions company. This full-time role offers a 7am–3:30pm schedule with overtime opportunities and a pay range of $20–$35 per hour, depending on experience.

You will perform welding, body work, panel replacements, prepping for paint, masking, sanding, and other duties as assigned, while upholding safety policies and working both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Welding experience required.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Good communication with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Promote and follow all safety policies and procedures
• Work independently and as a team
• Work in paint department doing various repairs on heavy trucks
• Perform Welding duties
• Perform Body Work, Repair and Panel replacement
• Prepping for Paint, masking, sanding and patching
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including proper use of PPE
