Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Heavy Structures Project Manager to manage heavy structures asset management operations on comprehensive highway maintenance projects, traveling to various sites completing structures and bridge repairs and maintenance. This position requires performing a wide range of responsibilities on new and existing asset maintenance and roadway services AM/O&M contracts related to planning work, scheduling/managing crews, structures repair analysis, preparing project report submissions, interfacing with government clients and adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Jorgensen Company policies and procedures.

Mid-Level to Senior Manager
$130K - $150K annual
Full-time, usually 5 days a week with weekend and night time work possible. Must be flexible and available to respond to emergency related weather events and client emergencies.
Compensation Package includes competitive base pay, annual profitability-based bonus, recognition incentives and extensive training opportunities.
Company will conduct Background check, MVR, and Controlled Substance testing prior to hire.
