Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum five years of structure repair and project management experience.
• Familiarity with DOT contract operations.
• Technical experience in road construction or bridge maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations for the Division.
• Motivate and develop a team of skilled and semi-skilled individuals.
• Coordinate financial planning and budget projections.
• Track and report contract performance.
• Develop short- and long-term maintenance plans.
• Analyze field prosecution and crew efficiency to maximize safety.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly client reports.
