Qualifications

• Able to lift and move heavy objects safely.
• Experience with grinding, rigging or manufacturing processes preferred.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Reliable, hardworking, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Must pass background and drug screen.
• Shift flexibility: 5–7 days, 8–12 hours.
• Day and night shifts with rotation.
